We would like to let you know that starting November 24, 2016, we will be deducting the shipping cost of the returned packages to us.
This policy applies to cases where the packages were returned without prior notice and if the recipients failed or declined to claim their packages. This is also to recover the costs that we need to settle in order to get the parcel back.
Reshipment is also no longer an option to save time and effort in preparation and to avoid repeated returns.
We do apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you. :(
We will continue providing you the tracking details as soon as they are posted and we encourage that you monitor your parcels to avoid failed deliveries.
