I bought 2 different sizes. My sister wears a size 4 and sometimes 6, and I bought the 160/Large. The length is perfect for her. She can wear a sneaker and even heels with this and isn't short. The size fits her nicely. It is a waistband, so it if very comfortable. The fabric is so light and cool, and it is perfect for the summer. I also bought the 170/Xlarge. I'm 165cm and wear size 10 in the U.S. The XLarge was a good size for me.
